		<description>I worked in a building that had a sign &quot;Violators will be towed&quot; and I never once saw anybody towed. There&#039;s no way management has all cars memorized and they will not risk losing customers for a silly towing policy. So if you know up front that you won&#039;t risk pissing off a customer by towing them, then don&#039;t post the sign. Or, do what Chili&#039;s did and make light of it. Good stuff.</description>
