Most of the time I get someone different, but they always provide their first name. At minimum, I always close by by stating their name and a thank you. It&#039;s a little thing, but everybody likes to hear their own name. It&#039;s their personal brand and identity. It&#039;s my way of communicating that I respect the person and appreciate their service.</description>
