The short version is… I love business. I love the challenge of assembling and growing a team on a project and then determining the best monetization models. For the past few years, I’ve been consulting to the nation’s top ranked chamber of commerce and I’ve been focused on a few startups (Simple Media, Jotzel Media and Almost Mediocre).
I’m really into networking and think the web is perfect enabler for establishing business relationships. My business partner is Rob and he says I secretly want to be Tom Peters (he’s right).
Although I founded More Than Derby, Louisville’s first city blog and co-founded Outside The Valley, my personal blogging career has been one of change. I’m committed to using this site to communicate with other like-minded or radically different people and to expand my current network.

Todd has been developing profitable ventures for the past 12 years. Mr. Earwood began his professional career establishing the web division of Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY. In his first twelve months, he turned the company’s web site from an afterthought into a six figure profit center. Norton’s site had over 15 million annual visitors, 27 million pages and was rated top 10 in the nation for hospital web sites. Mr. Earwood has since founded and sold several businesses in the telecom, IT, video and web services industries. Most recently, Todd is a co-founder of a Los Angeles-based web video venture that has sold web properties to Sprint, Freemantle Media and MTV. He has a Bachelor’s of Business from Murray State University.
